You will be joining a growing Business Development team, working under the Sanos Group to support the Business Development activities for all Sanos Group companies. Your main focus will be on our legacy company, NBCD, and any experience or interest in arthritis and musculoskeletal diseases will be highly valued. Alternatively, a background in Neurology, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease, could be an advantage also.

As our new Clinical Research Partnership Manager, you will enter an important role, collaborating closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Business Development team as well as the entire clinical research organization.

 

About the position

The job is highly varied and will amongst other elements include the following:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, pro-actively engaging with them to understand their needs and present our scientific and operational capabilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all activities aiming to develop and retain clinical partners
  • Identify and participate in relevant industry fairs, congresses, events and networks, including preparing presentations and leading partner meetings
  • Support proposal development and write proposals for potential and existing sponsors
  • Contribute to further development of Sanos Group business development capabilities

We record all activities in our CRM system (Dynamics Sales). The system will also help you analyze, and present data related to business development. 

Work location: Telefonvej 8D, 2860 Søborg, Denmark

We believe that due to the nature of the role and close collaboration across the team, physical presence at our office is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of this role. That said, we offer a flexible work life balance, with the possibility to work from home, as agreed with line management.

Travel: Moderate traveling expected (15-25 days per year)

About you

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • M.Sc. or PhD with experience in the life sciences field – and/or relevant experience from clinical development. Perhaps you have worked in clinical operations for a number of years and would like to add a business perspective to your clinical operational skill set
  • Business acumen/interest
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities

Personal Qualifications:

  • You are responsible, work independently, and assume accountability of your delegated responsibilities.
  • You have a business mindset and understand how business intelligence and strong interpersonal skills can be translated into partnerships.
  • Genuine interest and curiosity for the life-science industry 
  • You are a team player! You will be part of a small but dedicated team, who works closely together.
  • You are fluent in business English (oral and written)
  • Occasional physical presence in the office is required
